1 How many bundles do I need

The number of bundles you need depends on the hair texture and the lengths.
2 inches: 2 or more bundles required
14 inches: 2 or more bundles required
18-22 inches: 3 or more bundles required
24-28 inches: 4 bundles of more bundles required

2 How to measure your bundles and lace products

When measuring your bundles, start by measuring from the weft and pull the measuring tape to the end of the strands.
For example: A 20” bundle on arrival may measure at 18”. Pull the hair straight and you will see that it is actually 20”. 

3 How do I know the color of hair I will receive

Most of the hair we receive from donors comes in a softer shade of black, which some people refer to as natural dark brown or 1b. Some hair bundles have come in medium to light brown color tones as well. You can book an appointment with our virtual hair consultant or add your color request in the notes when you order.

4 Will the curl or wavy pattern revert back after I wash or color

Our hair is carefully sourced and expertly crafted to ensure that it reacts just like your natural hair. Our curly and wavy textured hair will revert to its natural state after wash or color. We do recommend you consult with a professional colorist for assistance due to the raw nature of our hair.

5 Can I apply a discount code after my order is placed

Discount codes can’t be applied after an order is placed. We will not issue a refund or apply the said discount code after your order is placed. However, you can contact our customer service if there is an opportunity for discount codes on your future orders. Request will be attended to on a case-by-case basis.

1 Delivery / Returns

We kindly request three business days for processing verified orders. To ensure prompt processing, ensure billing and shipping addresses match. For unmatched addresses, we recommend using Paypal at checkout, which does not require an account. Products in unused condition can be returned within seven days of purchase. Approved returns are eligible for store credit only; refunds are not permitted. Refer to our return policy for comprehensive details.
